Veggie Cream Cheese Spread

  • 455 grams cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 28 grams ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and finely diced
  • 45 grams red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 75 grams broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese at medium speed for about 3 minutes.
  2. Once smooth, add the ranch seasoning mix into the cream cheese and continue to beat for an additional minute.
  3. Carefully fold in the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions using a rubber spatula.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.

Notes

Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or as a sandwich spread. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
