Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes until it becomes smooth and aerated.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix to the cream cheese and continue to beat for an additional minute until it is evenly incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions with a rubber spatula, ensuring everything is well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to allow the flavors to meld beautifully before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider mixing in a bit of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freezing is not recommended.
