Sweet & Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken with Creamy Mac and Cheese

A delightful dish that brings together sweet, spicy, and creamy flavors in one satisfying meal, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 lb boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 23 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 8 oz elbow Pasta
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and black pepper. Marinate chicken for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a separate pot, boil water and cook elbow macaroni until al dente.
  4. Melt butter in the same pot, stir in milk, and bring to a simmer. Gradually add cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add drained macaroni to cheese sauce and season with salt to taste.
  6. Slice the chicken and serve over mac and cheese with extra pan sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For added spice, consider including cayenne pepper in the marinade. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
