Instructions

  1. Start by placing the chicken thighs in a large bowl or a gallon-sized Ziploc bag.
  2. In a medium bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing together the soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Once ready to cook, remove the chicken from the marinade and bring the marinade to a simmer over medium heat.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side.
