Delicious bars combining creamy peanut butter, fluffy marshmallow, and rich milk chocolate in a sweet, chewy treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 4 milk chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 11 x 7 inch baking pan for easy removal.
  2. Beat together the creamy peanut butter, eggs, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
  3. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan in an even layer.
  4. Layer the marshmallow creme over the peanut butter layer, ensuring an even spread.
  5. Place the chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow layer, distributing them evenly to ensure every bite gets chocolatey goodness.
  6. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture, spreading gently to cover the marshmallow layer completely.
  7. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the center is set for a perfectly baked outcome.
  8. Let cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled before cutting into squares to serve.

Notes

For an extra crispy texture, try adding chopped nuts alongside the chocolate bars before baking. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for longer freshness.
