Peanut Butter Balls

Homemade Peanut Butter Balls are creamy, nutty bite-sized treats that are easy to prepare and perfect for a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1¾ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or mini M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) into a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine until smooth.
  2. Next, add the old fashioned oats to the mixture. Mix thoroughly until the oats are well incorporated.
  3. If you are using mini chocolate chips or M&Ms, fold them into the mixture after combining the oats.
  4. Using a tablespoon scoop, portion out the mixture and roll each scoop into smooth balls.
  5. Arrange the formed balls on a plate or baking sheet, then refrigerate in an airtight container until you are ready to enjoy them.

Notes

Keep the Peanut Butter Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can be frozen for up to three months.
