Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Quick and comforting garlic butter chicken bites that deliver big flavor in little time with tender chicken pieces and a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss the chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and let cook undisturbed for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium, add butter and allow it to melt. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Heat through for another minute.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

Use evenly sized chicken pieces for consistent cooking. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
