Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Warm, garlicky, and utterly satisfying, these chicken bites are a weeknight hero, seared in rich butter and fresh garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
  2. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Stir frequently to ensure even cooking and coating in the garlic butter.
  5. Once done, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

Pat the chicken pieces dry before cooking to help them brown better. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
