Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Tender chicken bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce with Parmesan and herbs.

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the chicken evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and parsley.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the hot skillet, then place the chicken in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown, turning pieces as needed.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low and add 4 tablespoons unsalted butter to the skillet.
  8. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss thoroughly in the garlic butter.
  10. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated Parmesan over the chicken, stir to combine, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley or Parmesan as desired.

Notes

Pat chicken pieces dry for maximum browning. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
