Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Tender cubes of chicken seared until golden and finished in a glossy garlic butter sauce. Quick and flavorful, perfect for weeknight dinners or as an appetizer.

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • ½ Tablespoon herb de Provence
  • ½ Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 40 g unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Trim the chicken and pat it dry. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season the chicken with smoked paprika, herb de Provence, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and half of the butter.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the remaining butter to the empty side. Stir in the chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in any chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, serve right away. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
