Garlic Butter Chicken

A simple and comforting Garlic Butter Chicken recipe featuring juicy chicken breasts in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it foams slightly.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken while cooking to keep it moist.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use a heavy skillet for even heat and better browning. If the chicken breasts are thick, pound them to even thickness for even cooking.
