Easter Jell-O Pie

A bright, playful dessert that combines layers of creamy tang and fruity gelatin, perfect for spring gatherings and festive occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust, ready-to-use
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Pastel sprinkles, for garnish
  • Candy eggs, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jell-O mixes by dissolving each flavor in 1 cup boiling water and adding 1 cup cold water. Set aside to cool.
  2. Make the cream layer by beating softened cream cheese until smooth, then folding in whipped topping.
  3. Divide the cream cheese mixture into three portions and fold each into a different Jell-O flavor.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate until slightly set (20-30 minutes).
  5. Carefully pour the grape mixture over the lemon layer and chill again until slightly firm (20-30 minutes).
  6. Pour the berry blue mixture on top and chill for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles, and candy eggs before serving.
  8. Slice and enjoy using a warm knife for clean cuts.

Notes

Soften cream cheese at room temperature for easier mixing. Chill each layer until slightly set to prevent mixing.
