  • 2½ cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Combine with the creamy peanut butter, mixing until glossy and smooth.
  3. Add the crispy rice cereal and miniature marshmallows, folding gently until well coated.
  4. Scoop the mixture into mounds on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Top with mini chocolate chips and a light sprinkle of Maldon salt if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.

Notes

For added texture, consider mixing in chopped nuts or coconut flakes. Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for 2-3 months.
