  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a standard loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray and optionally line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Then, add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
