- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil (12 x 18 inches each)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400°F or oven to 425°F. Spray each foil sheet with cooking spray.
- Whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss chicken with half of sauce mixture. Mix pineapple, vegetables with remaining sauce.
- Place chicken in center of each foil sheet, top with vegetable mixture.
- Fold and seal foil packets tightly, leaving space for steam.
- Grill or bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Carefully open packets and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
