Irresistible Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies

Delightful cookies blending the rich flavors of cheesecake with the convenience of a cookie, topped with salted caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and salted caramel sauce, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers set. Cool on the baking sheet and then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

For softer cookies, avoid overmixing the dough and store in an airtight container with a slice of bread.
