Quick Garlic Butter Chicken

A weeknight lifesaver that offers restaurant-quality flavor with minimal effort, featuring garlic-infused butter sauce over juicy chicken breasts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides just before cooking.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels first for better browning.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir constantly to prevent browning the garlic.
  6. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
  8. Spoon some garlic butter from the pan over the chicken for extra flavor.
  9. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use medium heat to avoid burning the garlic and ensure even cooking of the chicken.
