One-Pot Spicy Garlic Butter Chicken Tortellini

  • 2 cups cooked tortellini
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Let it foam slightly.
  2. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked tortellini and Parmesan until well combined and heated through.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use evenly sized chicken pieces for even cooking. Reserve pasta water for reheat and sauce consistency.
