One-Pan Butter Parmesan Pasta

A quick and comforting Italian-inspired pasta dish featuring rich butter, sharp Parmesan cheese, and aromatic garlic, all cooked in one pan.

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle boil, then add the pasta.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is cooked, reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Season with black pepper and garnish with parsley if desired.
