No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

A creamy, dreamy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie with rich peanut butter flavor and a light Cool Whip topping, perfect for casual gatherings.

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust or Oreo pie crust
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • Roasted peanuts, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. Slowly mix in the milk until well combined.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Spread the Cool Whip over the peanut butter filling evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top for garnish.
  6. Freeze the pie for about 180 minutes until firm.
  7. Before slicing, let the pie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes for easier serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps; run a sharp knife under hot water for cleaner cuts.
