Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls

A heartwarming snack that combines sweet Hawaiian rolls with gooey melted cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners and casual get-togethers.

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Optional Fillings: bacon, spinach, or jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected.
  3. Layer your chosen cheese evenly over the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Add any optional fillings if desired.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Spread butter generously on the top of each roll.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
