Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

A rich and creamy casserole featuring tender chicken, melted cheese, and a satisfying crunchy topping, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed cracker topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
