Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A comforting dish that combines creamy Alfredo sauce, seasoned ground beef, and pasta, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. In the same pot, add ground beef and brown for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to low, then add butter and garlic; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add Italian seasoning; simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; adjust the sauce with reserved pasta water if too thick.
  6. Fold in the cooked pasta, coating it evenly with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding crispy bacon or fresh herbs as toppings.
