Garlic Steak Bites and Potatoes

A mouthwatering dish of tender steak bites and crispy potatoes, infused with garlic flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 lb steak (flank or sirloin)
  • 1 lb baby or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Herbs (like rosemary or thyme), to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into halves or quarters.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden and tender (15-20 minutes).
  4. Remove potatoes from the pan; add cubed steak and sear until browned (3-4 minutes).
  5. Add minced garlic to the steak and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return potatoes to the skillet, mix, and cook together for 2-3 more minutes.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or green onions.

Notes
