Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delightfully cheesy and savory bites blending classic cheeseburger flavors with a crispy, garlicky crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined with the beef. Remove from heat.
  4. Flatten each biscuit from the dough into a circle.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit, then fold and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Melt the butter and mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the bombs.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Feel free to use lean beef or turkey for a lighter option. These bombs can also be served with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch.
