Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy and well combined.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and lemon juice, mixing until pasta is coated in the sauce.
  6. If too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, cook chicken in a single layer and avoid overcrowding the pan. To prevent sauce separation, whisk in a splash of pasta water if needed.
