Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruity cereal and melted butter. Stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture into taco molds or muffin tins to form taco shells.
  3. Chill the shells in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  5. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, blending until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated, creating a creamy cheesecake filling.
  7. Remove the chilled cereal shells from the molds and carefully fill each with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Top with additional fruity cereal and serve immediately, or chill the tacos for a firmer texture before serving.

Notes
