Easy Chocolate Peppermint Lasagna

A festive layered dessert combining rich chocolate flavors with refreshing peppermint, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 2 packages Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 4 cups Milk (can substitute with almond or oat milk)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Crushed Peppermint Candy

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy, then fold in the Cool Whip.
  3. Layer half of the chocolate pudding in an 8×8 dish, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture and half of the crushed peppermint.
  4. Repeat the layering process.
  5. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Slice into squares and garnish with remaining crushed peppermint before serving.

Notes

Try using dark chocolate pudding for a richer taste, and feel free to swap peppermint with other flavors such as vanilla or coffee.
