Ultimate Decadent White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until melted (5-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
