Decadent Chocolate Caramel Dump Cake

This indulgent dessert combines rich chocolate and buttery caramel in an easy dump cake that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, water, and eggs until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour half the batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the batter.
  6. Top with the remaining batter, allowing some caramel to show through.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
