  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (finely grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (chopped, optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into consistent 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine potato cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until all pieces are covered.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring space between cubes.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing halfway through for even browning.
  7. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or change the cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
