  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt for about 1 minute.
  3. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined (about 1 minute).
  5. Gradually stir in the dry mixture until just combined; the dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
  7. Scoop portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
