Chocolate Cherry Pie (No Bake)

A warm, creamy, and delightfully retro no-bake dessert that features a chocolate cookie crust topped with a smooth cream cheese filling, cherry pie filling, and a drizzle of melted chocolate.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted unsalted butter until coated.
  2. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and mix in powdered sugar until creamy.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until smooth and evenly combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  6. Top with the cherry pie filling.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cherries, then chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes

To achieve neat slices, use a hot, clean knife and chill the pie longer. This pie benefits from chilling overnight to intensify flavors.
