Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Delicious bars combining creamy cheesecake, sweet apples, and indulgent caramel, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. In a mixer, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just incorporated. Fold in diced apples and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until edges are set.
  6. Allow to cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
