Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta

A delightful fusion of creamy Alfredo sauce and spicy Buffalo chicken in a comforting pasta dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. Pasta (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually pour in the heavy cream, whisking to combine with garlic and butter. Allow to simmer gently for about 3-5 minutes until it begins to thicken.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then mix in the Buffalo sauce.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken until coated with the sauce, then add the drained pasta, tossing everything together. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.

Notes

Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of Buffalo sauce and serve with garlic bread or a Caesar salad for a complete meal.
