3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a medium mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball; place on the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  4. Press down with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
